Dr Francis Oen, Dr Wee Tze Lin and Dr Bobby Cheng, are well-known and respected ophthalmologists, each
with their own area of subspecialty knowledge and experience.
Dr Oen was the former Head, Glaucoma Service at the Singapore National Eye Centre and specialises in the
management of Glaucoma. Dr Wee specialises in LASIK and Corneal / Anterior Segment Diseases while Dr
Cheng’s expertise is in Vitreo Retina and Inflammatory Eye Disease. All are also general ophthalmologists
trained in General and Comprehensive Ophthalmology including small incision Cataract Surgery.
Singapore Eye & Vision aims to provide a comprehensive range of general and subspecialty eye care services,
leveraging on each doctor’s expertise, for the joint management of eye conditions under one roof. Their centrally-
located clinic, with its cosy ambience, is equipped with modern and up-to-date facilities for the management of a
